POSTAGE

For your convenience, we have grouped together products from the same category to ensure postage costs are kept down.  For you this means you can order Hoof Care Products, as many as you like for the same low cost of 1 parcel. 

Our products are shipped with Australia Post.  We use regular parcel post for shipping our products.   

For your reference, our sending postcode is 2579 if you would like to check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.  

Lost or missing parcels.   After our lodgement with Australia Post, we are not responsible for any Parcel Post packages that go missing.   Please let us know if your item seems to be running late and we will raise a query with Australia Post.  

Parcel Post tracked items shipped from us are covered by Australia Posts maximum $100 cover.   If your order is over and above this and you would like to purchase extra cover, please contact us.  

RETURNS OR FAULTY ITEMS

Returns need to be discussed prior to sending with Bare Equine Australia.  See below for further details on Hoof Boot products.

Some of our products (for example Hoof care products which can be opened) are non-returnable.  If you are unsatisfied with anything,  please get in touch so we can resolve any issues that may arise..

Return & Exchange Policy

For any returns and exchanges on Hoof Boot Products, please ensure you contact us directly to advise what the issue is and how we may assist in helping you with your issue.  

Products from the Easycare line of hoof boots are backed by the manufacturers' guarantee  - 45 days from date of purchase for exchanges for sizing and 90 days for exchanges due to manufacturing defects. We believe that the Easycare Inc. warranty is one of the very best when it comes to hoof boots.  

SIZING ISSUE:    Sizing issues are not a boot fault.   If you are purchasing directly from the website without having had a boot fit by Bare Equine Australia and you feel you may need to exchange for a sizing issue, be sure to assess the fit as soon as you receive it.  Boots must be clean and no evidence of wear so they will be resaleable in NEW CONDITION.  Boots must be returned within 45 days of purchase and BARE EQUINE must be advised of your intended return within 30 days.  All postage costs for return and resupply of the product will be borne by the purchaser.

 

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECT:    It rarely happens if the boots are fitting correctly on regularly trimmed hooves - but if it does see below:

 

If you are returning a boot due to a manufacturing defect, (within the 90  day warranty period that applies to manufacturing defects) and after inspection, the Australian distributor "Easycare Down Under" deems the product faulty, then a replacement will be sent to you postage free. 

REFUNDS:     If customers would like a refund and not an exchange products must be in new, unused condition, free of dirt and wear marks and returned with all packaging materials etc. Bank Fees will apply for refunding to credit cards and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.   Refunds must be communicated with Bare Equine Australia within 30 days of purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Credit Cards, Paypal.   

If there is a problem with your order and we need to process a refund, the amount will be the payment less any fees incurred by us accepting your payment method.  

We will process the refund or part payment promptly from our end.  We cannot be held responsible for any delay in your bank or other payment processing facility in returning the funds to your account.
