Our products are shipped with Australia Post.  We use regular parcel post for shipping our products.   

For your reference, our sending postcode is 2579 if you would like to check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.  

We are SPEED FREAKS here at Bare Equine, we know you want and need your items quickly so you can get to work. Your items are usually out our door within 24 hours of your order.  We post daily.


Due to the postage delays through Australia Post recently, we cannot guarantee a delivery time on your package.  Please let us know if your item seems to be running late and we will raise a query with Australia Post and follow this through to resolution for you.  


If for some reason you find an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us asap.  We inspect every product as it is packed to ensure it is shipped to you in original condition - however, we do realise "stuff happens" in transit.
